1.Assumption of Risk: The vendor acknowledges and accepts that participation in The Creative Social involves certain risks, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.

2. Release of Liability: The vendor hereby releases and discharges the event organizers, including their affiliates, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the event.

3. Compliance with Event Rules: The vendor agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and guidelines as set forth by the event organizers.

4. Indemnification: The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims arising out of the vendor’s actions or services.

By completing the payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
